Our Story

Born From Lived Experience

We created Phoenix Redemption Housing because we know how quickly life can change. Returning citizens and adults on fixed incomes face doors closing, strict income rules, and landlords who will not look past a record. Our mission is simple, we provide clean, affordable, structured housing where people in crisis can regain control, focus on stability, and move toward real independence with dignity and clear support at each step.

Rooted In Family And Community

Phoenix Redemption Housing is family-owned, Black-owned, and female-owned, and that identity shapes everything we do. We understand what it feels like when systems are not built for you, and we refuse to let that be the end of the story. Our lived experience helps us build trust, listen without judgment, and create a structural environment where residents, families, and partners know their concerns will be heard and respected.

Housing With A Purpose

We offer more than a bed. Phoenix Redemption Housing combines safe, affordable rooms with leadership and character development that supports lasting change. Residents gain structure, resident orientation, and onsite support staff who walk beside them as they navigate reentry, employment, and future housing. This holistic model turns independent living into a launchpad, helping individuals stabilize, rebuild confidence, and step forward as stronger leaders in their homes and communities.
